UK Embassy will no longer issue the 90-day visa vignette sticker

UK student visa procedures, effective 15th July 2025:

✅ The UK Embassy will no longer issue the 90-day visa vignette sticker or collect original passports at VFS.

✅ Instead, all successful student visa applicants will now receive a Digital eVisa via their UKVI account.

📌 *Action Required at VFS Appointment*

Students must carry:

1. A full-colour printout of their entire passport (all pages)
2. One original government-issued ID (excluding passport) + a colour photocopy

🛂 Post-Visa Steps for Students

1. Follow instructions in the visa decision letter to create their UKVI account
2. Access and verify their Digital eVisa
3. Link passport to the eVisa before travel
4. Generate a Share Code using date of birth to share with their university or employer

📧 Please ensure students provide an active email ID, as the eVisa will be delivered to that address.
